Here are the actions we are taking as your trusted partner in Field Service:

Our service teams remain available (with limited Field Support) in the event you need vacuum service, parts or additional units to keep your operations running. To protect their health as well as the health of others, we are asking all non-essential/non-emergent site services to be pushed out.

We continue to offer the option of conducting Field Service visits, but do ask that you limit the interactions with our Field Service Tech to one person during the visit.

We are providing our teams in the field with PPE (N95 masks and gloves) as additional measures and are monitoring our service teams’ health daily to make sure we do not add unnecessary risk to your business.

Currently, we have a minor interruption in our service and production capabilities. We will continue to monitor federal, state and local guidelines and adjust as needed.

We at Nash are not just here to get your company through these times, but to ensure that when we get to the other side, we are all stronger and better than before.

Please feel free to reach out to your local sales/field service manager or submit a request for parts, service or support.

Thank you and stay healthy,

We are offering the option of conducting vacuum maintenance “Contact-Free”. No need to have a person guide our service professional through the building; all you need to do is let us in the building and we’ll take care of the rest. We will call our designated contact when complete.
We are monitoring our service teams’ health daily to make sure we don’t add unnecessary risk to your business.
